PregPrep is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipped packages will arrive within 5 – 7 business days. Expedited shipping will be calculated according to the weight of your package and will arrive within 2 – 3 business days.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your PregPrep products. If you change your mind, we will give you a full refund if the package is unopened and returned within 30 days. Standard 15% restocking fee will apply.

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a broken, tamper-resistant seal, we will gladly exchange it if returned within 30 days.

Please note: PregPrep does not provide pre-paid return labels and recommends a tracking method for shipping your return. Most returns will show as processed on your credit card within 7-14 business days.
